ABSTRACT

A human powered mechanical wheel that gains momentum and inertia when rotated, and stores mechanical energy recoverable in the form of useable electrical energy and decomposes water into the form of gas, includes; a mainframe with seperate forward, rearward, and side structures connected end to end and side to side constituting mirror images of one another. Forward, rearward and side structures for supporting five wheels thereon being rotatably mounted to and resting upon the forward, rearward and side structures. Forward and rearward sub frame structures pivotally mounted to the respective forward and rearward side structures. A foreward driven wheel rotatably attached to a respective forward sub frame and a rearward drive wheel rotatably attached to a respective rearward sub frame. A plate releasably attaching to the top end of each said side structure connecting each, end to end, and forming a surface on that plate. A composite block arrangement is rotatably mounted upon the said surface on that plate, and when rotated the said composite block arrangement mirages a wheel. Cylindrical containers that are held moveably alighned within said cylinder block arrangement and opposing one another, move outward from the center axis of rotation of the said rotating cylinder block arrangement as said rotating cylinder block arrangement increases in rotational speed, and allowing the said cylindrical containers containing water, to oscillate against a hydraulic actuator causing fluid to flow and be directed as a potential force. A dual sheave assembly reacting from a result of directed fluid flow and attaching to said rotating cylinder block arrangement, allows a shift in rotational ratios between three said rotating component elements that are flexibly attached to one another for the purpose of increasing rotational speed of the said cylinder block arrangement containing the fluid filled moveable cylindrical containers and powered by a human being. Screw/fluid actuating arrangements pivotally attached at one end to each said side structure and the other end pivotally attached to each said sub frame structure, and between the three rotating elements flexibly connected, and are used to adjust the flexible connectors firmly with the mechanical screw of the said actuators and that the vibration resulting from power to load transitions are dampened in the fluid piston of each said actuating arrangement.

LIMITATIONS AND CONTENT OF THE PROVISIONAL PATENT ABSTRACT :

What the inventor needs to concentrate on is making an accurate and exact statement of a technical description for the invention and the inventive subject matter comprising it.

Quoted from : John R. Flanagan : HOW TO PREPARE PATENT APPLICATIONS.

" Since the abstract is intended to provide a concise synopsis of the technical disclosure of the patent application, it should employ technical terminology, such as used in the detailed description, as opposed to claim terminology. However, it's basic content may be designed after that contained in the claims. "

"A specific limitation is placed on the length of the abstract : it should not exceed 250 words ."

"The abstract should be written in a single paragraph with several sentences, instead of one continous sentence form of a claim."

We have 372 words in our first draft of the abstract of the present invention and it is necessary now to clean it up and limit the paragraph to 250 words.

ABSTRACT

A mechanical wheel arrangement that gains momentum and inertia when rotated, and stores mechanical energy and powered by a human being includes a mainframe with seperate forward, and rearward side structures connected end to end and side to side constituting mirror images of one another. Forward and rearward sub frame structures pivotally attached to their respective side structures. Said mainframe supporting five wheels thereon and resting upon the forward, and rearward side structures. Cylindrical containers that are held moveably and alighned within said cylinder block arrangement opposing one another, move outward from the center axis of rotation of the rotating cylinder block as it increases in rotational speed, and allowing the said cylindrical containers containing water, to oscillate against a hydraulic actuator causing fluid to flow and be directed as a potential force. A dual sheave assembly reacting from a result of directed fluid flow and attaching to said rotating cylinder block arrangement, allows a shift in rotational ratios between three said rotating component elements that are flexibly attached to one another for the purpose of increasing rotational speed of the said cylinder block arrangement. Screw/fluid actuating arrangements pivotally attached between said side structures and each said sub frame structure between three rotating elements flexibly connected together, and are used to adjust the flexible connectors firmly, with the mechanical screw apparatus of the said actuators.

Note : It appears now we have 300 words, we need to drop another 50 of them. We now re-write the abstract again as I am attempting to exhibit the most effective way to make your invention a success.

It seems that we need to take a real hard look at exactly what is needed to write a really good abstract, and what we actually need within this text to complete this 250 word summary is to write brief statements giving the main points of our invention, and using few words but full of meaning, giving a general view of the invention in text that has been though about or discussed relating to what things the invention is made up of and the materials it comprises that occupy 3 dimensional space.

ABSTRACT

Wheel producing useable electricity and burnable gas using kinetics and kinetic energy that is powered by a human being includes a primary mechanical wheel containing moveable fluid cylinders, that gains momentum and inertia when rotated and produces energy in motion, a mainframe with seperate forward, and rearward side structures connected end to end and side to side constituting mirror images of one another. Forward and rearward sub frame structures pivotally attached to their respective side structures. Said mainframe supporting three wheels thereon and resting upon the mainframe. A foreward wheel rotatably attached to a respective forward sub frame and a rearward wheel rotatably attached to a respective rearward sub frame, the secondary wheels. A plate releasably attaching forward and rearward side frames together end to end forming a surface on that plate. A composite block arrangement rotatably mounted upon  that plate, and when rotated the said composite block arrangement mirages a wheel, the primary wheel. Cylindrical containers held moveably but alighned and arranged opposing one another within the primary wheel, move outward as rotational speeds increase, and oscillate against a hydraulic actuating arrangement causing fluid to flow into a sheave transmission assembly that shifts rotational ratios between the two secondary wheels and the primary wheel and are flexibly attached to one another for the purpose of increasing rotational speed of the primary wheel. Screw/fluid actuating arrangements pivotally attach between the side structures and each said sub frame structure holding the flexible connectors firmly, and an electrical generating system with storage capabilities.

END NOTE : We now have the abstract cleaned up enough that we are really close to the 250 mark, this text is 252 words long and I think for now that is as good as we need it to be. It may fly but a patent attorney can always find a couple words to remove later. Be prepared to re write over and over text that needs revisions and keep all the originals and write on them void and the reason why. Do not throw any paperwork away, "ANY" paperwork, and save them all in a binder notebook seperate from the final drafts of any of articles addressed within the provisional patent draft file.
