This thumbnail Fig. 13 is an open end sectional view of Wheel 1. in the previous picture shown on 001. The hydrobalanced wheel or the kinetic wheel in this inasance is comprised of four cylinder block arrangements, and one cylinder block arrangement can be operated alone as a single element to produce electrical energy for someone who is not physically capable of operating the Manmotor at it's full size intended to produce sufficient electrical energy to operate a normal sized household for 24 hours. Now of course the input is always calculated mathematically toward the end results, but in this application the point is simply doing it, making useable electricity to preserve your food in hard times where electrical energy may not be readibly available.

In short, a brief description of the cylinder block arrangement as seen in Fig. 13 would be a simple framework made up of two longitudinal side members, coupled together at each opposing short ends with lateral end members releasably attached by threaded fasteners. One center hub and also used as a hydraulic fluid reservoir, two side hubs and also used as hydraulic fluid distribution manifolds releasably attached to one another and the longitudinal side members by threaded fasteners. Also two liquid filled cylinder arrangements held moveably in position and opposing one another and offereing moveable ballast and mass, also used as gas generating chambers. Two linear actuators held stationary onto each opposing lateral members attaching the two longitudinal side members, and also used as hydraulic fluid pumps. A drive mechanism 129. , and a brake mechanism 131. . To the left of the open end view of Fig. 13 is an elevational side view of one cylinder block arrangement of the kinetic energy wheel shown as 1. in 001.
