This is the object of the invention Manmotor, the first objective is to rotate the hydrobalanced wheel. This wheel is 51" in diameter and weighs approximately 80lbs. dry. and an additional weight of ballast and hydraulic fluid brings the total weight of the hydrobalanced wheel to approximately 160lbs. . This wheel is intended to rotate at a rotational speed directly porportional to the load sensed at the load wheel and compared to the input power potential of the individual rotating the machine and continually adjusting the diameter ratios between three rotating elements by the use of fluid.
