This is going to sound a little long winded and possibly a bit repetative however you need to understand exactly how important going over and over the written text of the invention is for the final writing of the provisional patent draft. Again I want to also say this is your masterpiece and treat it like it's an article that can pay your bills and alot more, along with allowing you to relax a little and create your nest egg for your own good. This work we are doing could save you up to twelve thousand dollars in patent application preperation.

Gather terminology and establish the origin of the invention.
Some of the descriptive words that were searched and found within the classifications of the invention now need to be compiled and organized as to how and where they apply in the subject matter.  We need to highlight and roundly explain what we have and use some patent classification terminology for where it fits in the present invention, and get a somewhat round terminology base that needs to be used in the summarization of the present invention.

Here is really a point I have been trying to make and again what I am trying to point out is that your invention has to be created in your mind in a step by step process and not overthought by you. Your invention had to start from a seed, and without that seed which was the intent you had which seeded the rest of the product to come had an intent by you upon the conception of the idea or "intellectual property" that is yours and from your mind. So in defining this seed starts the first paragraph of the Summary of the Invention.

Seed for the present invention ManMotor :

I lived without electricity for several years in the jungle rainforest of the Hana area in the State of Hawaii. Many people do not have the choice, they need storage units for dc electricity , solar panels, and wind generators. There are areas that do not have electical wiring due to the geographical limitations of the area. I realized a fact, that even if there are plenty of fruits and vegetables in an area they don't bear fruit all the time and also not at the same time so many night I ate the same of one thing to get a meal. Also if it rains or you don't just catch the sun right you don't eat that day, there are many other creatures that live off the same fruits and vegies. Fish are easy to catch but you need to be able to scale rocks and jungle to get to the areas and also then to get the fish back home when walking is the only alternative. People need to be able to store and preserve food, a freind was in need of an electrical system several years ago for her small 200 square foot living structure. I was determined to set her up with mostly junkyard scraps. It worked but then learned it took more effort than I was even willing to exert just to make "enough electricity to light a fart", muchless operate a computer or fan system. We had a fan system that would run off the electricity we made by peddling, a 12 volt dual radiator fan set, and it wirred like heck, great cooling properties as long as it ran and you had to peddle the unit just to generate electricity to make it run. The truth of the matter was that in a few minutes the fans didn't cool the operator down, human heat was generated in the person peddling faster than the fans would cool the human being down. We learned some important points that brought us to the current invention and it's subject matter.

So the need the inventor had was to help someone out that needed electricity but couldn't get it any other way except from the sun , the rain, or the wind, there was no other option for the person in need. The interesting part was the need was to read at night and see by led light and listen to some music on the computer. In todays canned goods and dry meals that you can purchase at present time, there are very fiew products that we need to survive on that require preserving. So by this need of another individual and my need to assist and be the man so to speak by providing electricity for her to use and store dc electrical energy, I also had the desire to play around in the shop and had the capabilities of welding and patching spare parts together so a friend and I made a little peddle generator so she could peddle a bicycle type exerciser and charge a large CAT Battery. That is a battery that fits into a D6 Caterpillar Dozer, and then an old flywheel type exercize bike with the dodge alternator hooked up to self energize. The bicycle method put out more electrical energy than any other of the choices but with one large difference. The wind and the sun can go on for hours and it was difficult to maintain peddleing the bicycle that will grow into the invention, that has grown from the seed that we are trying to define precisely from where the invention came.

The fact I am noting here is that the other forms of collecting electrical energy all fall short of providing sufficient electrical energy to power a common household for 24hours. How they work is providing the charge and storing it for more time than the electrical energy quantity that is to be consumed in a lesser period of time, and that's the difference between something that is workable and something no one want's to do or physically can do.

So the invention process is a sequence that develops like something that grows like a plant. The clarification is needed for the inventor to flush out the pipes and re organize the subject matter as so he can successfully assemble the invention in small steps directly related to each form of subject matter that came from the awarenesses of the need.

After I had written the above text I also remember now the project I had been involved in with a company CEO that was interested in finding a method that he could operate a large facility with the electrical energy collected by some type of machine. The project began in early 2003 and commenced into a project called "Gemini" in mid 2005.

It first started with a proof of concept  for a radiant energy collector that was being worked on by a man Bedini . This was simply a small light vertically positioned free wheeling wheel and stand. It's actually modeled after Teslas monopole motor he engineered for Westinghouse to generate electricity at the turn of the century. It was a permanent magnet device and it was neat to see turn and there is alot of info about it on the web. I learned a great deal from that project and the  most important facts I realized at the time is that in fact people try to always get something to run for free, the radiant energy is advertized as free energy and it's not free. Wheels cost money to build, they are hard to keep in balance at any given rpm, permanent magnets can go haywire and cause problems, vertical wheels are dangerous when you try to stop them especially if you actually stop one to fast, and all this stuff was done over a hundred years ago. Radiant energy is like combing your hair, that's around 2thousand volts static electricity, now save it or use it and you will find out it is nothing more than static, that's it simply static electricity accumulated. Transistors are highly costly when working with electrostatic discharge, they get damaged internally and then go haywire and your wheel stops charging. If there were a cheaper way to produce electricity it would have been done already, and yes I believe in the near future there will be a breakthrough in the ability to work with static charges and or methods to utilyze the electrostatic energy to drive large flywheels.

Next of all was the vertical and horizontal wheel configurations, make a wheel that spins freely that has sufficient weight to gain large amounts of kinetic energy, the design of that wheel that came from that project was substantial in the fact that it was sectionally assembled into a large wheel structure that has become the skeleton of the wheel of the present invention. So now the reason I have recited this is because this CEO, at the time we started this project in early 2003 had given me this remote viewing data he had remote viewed for the project we initially started. The really wierd thing is that the data that the CEO had given me early on that included as I remember, "wafers", "fluid", "wheel", and now today I find the design of the composite wheel of the present invention to be very simular to what the data this man gave me from remote viewing, and he could not have been classified as a mechanic or mechanical art designer. Back then it made no sense and seemed a little far out for me to really accept, now I am really taking another look at this remote viewing since today the actual composite wheel design has come from extensive engineering and not the data that was provided to me early 2003, however, it makes me really stop and review the data and wonder how that happened.

That means we have one commonality in all this experimentation and project research, build a better wheel and you have the energy market. So now through this reflection and writing it down I thouroughly understand completely and in detail what actually this invention starts with, and it is the primary wheel.

NOTE : By performing the last step one should now have "cleaned out the think pipe" and can now go on clearly with the summarization of the present invention.

note : bold numbers are the line #s from the original file text prior to the class and field searches.
This text was written early 2009 in the second draft of the Summary of the Invention, and at that point the inventor simply wrote a summary based on perception, and prior to the searching for classes and definitions within the field for the prior art involved. It is to be taken as an example of how the invention process is step by step, and is the formula that progresses to the next step in making your invention the best it can be. The steps regarding the writing and rewriting of text allow the mind to stay unclogged due to the paperwork, and your terminology base is generated by the flow of thoughts regarding aspects of your invention. .

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a generator of electricity, hydrogen, and oxygen powered by a human being designed and constructed to satisfy the aforementioned needs. The present invention provides an electrical, hydrogen, and oxygen generating system and method to convert human input energy into mechanical, 140 electrical, and gaseous energy potential and provides a power generating apparatus, a Manmotor , and the Manmotor of the present invention has a mainframe with foreword and rearward triangle frame structures being constructed as twin mirror images of one another and releasably attached end-to-end and side-by-side, allowing ease of assembly and disassembly thereof 145 and to lower the cost to manufacture, and also includes a composite wheel assembly containing moveable fluid filled cylinders mounted on the respective foreword, rearward and side frame structures of the mainframe. The Manmotor also has a variable ratio hydraulic activated and controlled transmission that operates from a byproduct of wheel rotation, imbalance, and that this transmission 150 is constructed of eight formed circles assembled comprising three sheave assemblies further comprising four variable circumference sheaves and two conventional industrial belts. AC electricity is generated and accumulated in a conventional way by the rotation of a stator armature within a polar field array of electromagnetic coils and commonly referred to as an alternator.
155 The alternating electricity begins as static and accumulates until sufficient voltage builds up and jumps to an electromagnetic coil which effects it’s magnetic flux onto and between the rotating stator, and inner and outer field windings producing non regulated AC voltage within variable pulse intervals which can be rectified and stored or used to power a water decomposition cell producing hydrogen and 160 oxygen gas, and in addition provides a method intended to convert human input energy into mechanical force potential that can be used to power many other power driven devices that are currently using fossil fuels to burn for the heat exchange of work energy produced.

These devices of the past utilizing fossil fuels to convert explosive effects into 165 useable horsepower worked very well for a growing civilization in creating many kinds of new products and an infrastructure to a country. Today however a shift in focus is evident and a viewpoint of survival with the least amount of capital outlay for an individual is necessary to maintain a lifestyle or to survive life itself and the elements confronting us each day. This shift in focus has created the need for 170 human beings individually to produce fuel and electrical energy to survive. Usually these devices are novel however fall short of practicality and inasmuch produce little for the effort involved. The present invention uses amplified human weight and gravity to produce rotating force and inertia as a result of rotation of a weighted wheel. The inertia available in the rotating wheel is said kinetic and  175 proportionally increases as the wheel speed increases.

Accordingly, the present invention relates to an apparatus and method to produce electricity, hydrogen, and oxygen from human input energy and resulting into an improved state of physical health and endurance for the human being powering the device from his or her own available energy, which includes the operative 180 steps of : ( a ) amplifying the physical weight of the human being powering the device ; ( b ) translating human motion into rotation ; ( c ) translating amplified physical weight of the human powering the device into a torque factor utilized to increase rotational speed of the wheels of the present invention, and that the 185 amplified torque developed is further translated into increasing the speed of rotation of the hydro balanced wheel for the present invention ; ( d ) speed of rotation of the present invention determines kinetic energy gained within the hydro balanced wheel of the present invention, and that kinetic energy gained is intermittently loaded onto and or depleted sporadically by electromagnetic 190 induction, and further collects defined columns of electrical energy either as a result from the amplified human input energy ; ( e ) the columns of electrical energy produced are aligned or rectified and directed further into storage cells ; ( f ) stored electrical energy that has been accumulated is used by a conventional DC water decomposition cell ; ( g ) at a specific optimum rotational speed of the 195 present invention, kinetic energy is sufficient to produce specifically timed electrical impulses into a polar array of electromagnetic coils ; ( h ) magnetic flux density affects that are timed mechanically in relation to physical structure elements of the present invention produce a higher voltage AC used further to decompose water by AC electrolysis ; ( i ) the decomposed water in the form of a 200 mixed gas is directed within a conduit into a hydrogen/oxygen concentrator/filter apparatus separating the two mixed gases and operating directly from the production of electrical voltage and current as a result of the rotating hydro balanced wheel .

Accordingly, the present invention relates to an apparatus and method that 205 variably balances or counterbalances rotating weight by means of viscous fluid, which include the operative steps of ( a ) rotating a composite wheel including 8 water filled cylinders within the inner radius as a polar array displaced radially from the center of rotation of the hydro balanced wheel and held moveably at an inner circumference diameter of the hydro balanced wheel ; ( b ) as rotational 210 speeds increase centrifugal force reacts onto the moveable ballast water filled cylinders and that those cylinders are allowed outward travel increasing the circumference diameter of the 8 moveable water filled cylinders in relation to their previous positions at the slower rotational speed of the wheel and counterbalanced at controllable variable ratios ; ( c ) the variable ratios and effects upon the 215 rotational speed of the hydro balanced wheel allows a specific vibration ratio to be achieved, hence optimum rotational speed of the hydro balanced wheel of the present invention to achieve for the most efficient means producing the multiple energy forms, electricity, hydrogen , oxygen, and direct mechanical drive power take off capabilities; ( d ) the vibration ratio effects produce pre determined 220 movement of the water filled cylinders that are mechanically contacting viscous fluid actuator pumps, causing a flow of viscous fluid within a conduit network connected in a fashion providing viscous fluid flow and back pressure storage capabilities of the viscous fluid by the effects of imbalance of the rotating hydro balanced wheel ; ( e ) that the contained buildup of fluid pressure as a result of 225 resistance to flow is applied to a moveable surface commonly referred to as a piston and that piston regulates power requirements to rotate the present invention wheels and in relation to the rotational speed ratios as it regulates the performance of the present invention ; ( f ) rotational speed ratios are continually changing to achieve an optimum revolutions per second for the hydro balanced wheel, and at 230 the optimum rotational speed of the hydro balanced wheel the water filled cylinders are acted upon by the centrifugal force and the water filled cylinders are at the maximum circumference possible within the structure elements of the hydro balanced wheel, these cylinders travel outward from the center of the hydro balanced wheel within the structure elements of the hydro balanced wheel, and at 235 that optimum speed of the hydro balanced wheel, the outward locations of the 8 water filled cylinders pass by and are effected by a polar array of electromagnetic flux, allowing AC electrolysis to decompose a small portion of the water contained within the moveable water filled cylinders ; ( g ) the water filled cylinders are vacuum sealed and negative atmosphere applied within the confined 240 sealed area that the water is contained within ; ( h ) the vacuum sealed water filled cylinders contain removeably, rotateably attached high voltage induction coils that are immersed into the water and vacuum sealed into each longitudinal end of the cylindrical water container, and after a specific time period of rotation of the hydro balanced wheel at the calculated optimum revolutions per minute of the 245 hydro balanced wheel result in these water filled cylinders containing a measurable volume of hydrogen and oxygen gas in addition to a large portion of the water remaining within the moveable water filled cylinders, and that the present invention has achieved it’s optimum rotational speed and develops the maximum kinetic energy achievable of the hydro balanced wheel and that the
250 present invention has reached it’s maximum output potential, and in direct it’s advantages over a solid wheel are pronounced within this application of the present invention.

The present invention hydro balanced wheel structure contains five elements, the fluid flow system contains two additional elements and the fluid filled cylinders 255 serve a dual purpose, whereas the complete hydro balanced wheel contains eight elements which include ; ( a ) center hub and used as a viscous fluid holding tank, one piece ; ( b ) wheel segment and used as a cylinder guide plate , two pieces ; ( c ) right hub and left hub and used as a viscous fluid distribution manifold, two pieces one each side ; ( d ) end plate actuator bracket, two pieces ; ( e ) fluid 260 actuator and used as a fluid pump, two pieces ; ( f ) fluid conduit and used as tubes, two pieces ; ( g ) a water filled cylinder used as moveable ballast within the wheel and also provides a water decomposition cell, two pieces ; ( h ) a twin sheave assembly controlling the torque to speed ratios of the hydro balanced wheel using back pressured viscous fluid to variably regulate input/output factors 265 of the present invention.

The apparatus of the present invention contains eight elements which include ; ( a ) a hydro balanced wheel ; ( b ) two variable diameter sheaves, one an input sheave and the other an output sheave, effected and controlled by resistance ; ( c ) two mechanically adjustable variable diameter sheaves, one an input sheave and 270 the other an output sheave, diameter is changed mechanically and does not change diameters after set ; ( d ) a load sensing torque dampening screw jack type linear actuator generating viscous fluid flow ; ( e ) a structure framework constructed from four identical triangle frames ; ( f ) a dual sheave assembly that both outer diameters change inversely while variably adjusted by hydraulic flow ; ( g ) DC 275 electricity storage system powering a DC electrolysis cell decomposing water into hydrogen and oxygen ; ( h ) AC electricity generating system powering an AC electrolysis cell decomposing water into hydrogen and oxygen .

These and other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art upon the reading of the following detailed 280 description when taken in conjunction with the drawings wherein there is shown and described an illustrative embodiment of the invention.

What is actually needed within the Summary of the Invention :

First we will contend that our invention in fact cures all the stuff we listed in previous text regarding the prior art and what things your invention does or provides that superceed the prior art and the practices.

Example :
The present invention provides a generator of electricity, hydrogen, and oxygen powered by a human being designed and constructed to satisfy the aforementioned needs.

In the text of the second paragraph an inventor needs to get some really broad terminology to describe the elements that make up the invention in it's broadest sense and terminology, and that in the first draft the inventor just simply describes the elements as he or she can or sees appropriate to describe the invention in the inventors own words that he or she can normally write without stopping to pick out certain words that are not understandable until the subject matter has been classified. The importance of this is that once you start writing you don't want to grasp for new terms, just keep writing as best you can to describe what you believe is you inventions elemental makeup. Now for the third draft of the Summary of the Invention we will incorporate the terminology gained from the class searches and definitions of the terminology.

Inventors outlook on rewriting the paperwork.

The step now is to write the Summary of the Invention, the actual summary drafting has included the past three drafts so in actuality this is the fourth draft revision of the Summary of the Present Invention. There are a whole lot of man hours spent in this rewriting the summary conclusion fourth draft. Important again is to be reminded of the fact that all this revision and continued writing sifts out the repeated data in the inventors mind, and clearly reveals exactly what the patentable features are to claim that comprise the invention. First though is to complete the draft of the Provisional Patent, and go patent pending with your designed product, and then have a broad set of claims to attach to that Provisional Patent you are drafting this text for. After you have sent off the Provisional Patent to the United States Patent and Trademark Office you then mark your prototype of the invention patent pending.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION :

The present invention provides a mechanical means for a human to produce electricity, being designed and constructed to satisfy the aforementioned needs. Electricity is generated and then accumulated as a result from a human being in motion as the prime mover. Since the electricity generated is not "on demand" and is a stored function of the present invention, the motion of the human prime mover is coupled with the weight of that prime mover instead of a force in resistance to rotation being applied as load to the prime mover, within in a block of time exerting the energy that the prime mover can sustain and the human will lose all energy, and have to physically stop exerting energy and could not power a conventional washing machine for a twenty minute block of time at best. Furthermore a standing positioning of the human prime mover allows their weight to be amplified through leveraging, thusly gaining a torque advantage over the prior art that requires a continous loading of the leg muscles and does not utilyze the apparatus found in the present invention for gaining the advantages of amplifying human weight to gain the torque advantages that allow an individual prime mover to exert less energy and provide the power to continue the generation of electricity for longer periods of time. The human powered mechanical energy in motion electrical generation system of the present invention is substantially more efficient due to the weight amplifycation apparatus of the human prime mover and the energy in motion developed kineticlly by a liquid balasted rotating member.
